Well for you who are new at this, this is how u start:

DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE A BACKUP OF THE FILES YOU ARE REPLACING IN CASE YOU WANT YOUR OLD BACK.

And by the way, don't be in-game when you do this. Start the game once you are done with this (:

Unpack/Unzip/Extract the folder Empires from this pack into your SourceMods directory! This is how you find your directory, for example.. "it's different for some people":

c:\valve\steam\steamapps\YourSteamAccountName\SourceMods\ c:\program\valve\steam\steamapps\YourSteamAccountName\SourceMods\ c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\YourSteamAccountName\SourceMods\

Instead of YourSteamAccountName there should be your steam login account name.

If you are asked to overwrite some files when u do this, then just do it.. Just as long as it's Empires related (:
